Job Description

Amron, a division of AMTEC Corporation, is a well-established company that has supplied critical metal components to all branches of the U.S. Armed Services and our allies for over 50 years. This local manufacturing company with a solid future is currently seeking to expand our expertise by hiring a skilled Contracts Administrator with recruitment expertise that can meet both our current and future needs. Essential Duties and Responsibilities This list of duties and responsibilities is not all inclusive and may be expanded to include other duties and responsibilities as management may deem necessary from time to time. 1. Assists with formal company quotations and financial bid materials for submission to prime contractors and/or US Government customers. Gathers information to form internal bids. 2. Monitors, reviews and communicates schedules to assure customer product requirements and ship schedules are met. 3. Reviews contract terms to identify any potential risk or compliance issues. 4. Prepares and submits Customer inquiries concerning capabilities and certification and utilizes information to coordinate monthly production and delivery schedules. 5. Interface with customers as the POC with regard to contract questions, interpretations or other issues throughout the contract period. 6. Coordinates changes. Monitors and tracks performance during length of contract. 7. Assists in preparation of sales forecasts and changes to the forecast. 8. Maintains proposal and contract records including bid proposal pricing and history used to ensure compliance with reporting and regulatory requirements. 9. Reviews purchase orders, prepares and distributes communications (green sheets) for Contract awards, contract changes/modifications. Ensures that terms of contracts are followed and all parties to the agreement are fulfilling their obligation. 10. Works with other departments to ensure alignment with broader organizational financial and risk policies.
