//www.agentpipeline.com/culture to learn more about us! We are looking to add a Contracting Integrity Specialist to our Executive Operations Team. This position is responsible for gathering, entering and analyzing data and presenting data breakdowns to members of the executive staff as needed. This position will also assist with data integrity inside of our internal CRM and overall management of Company data. Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following Track sales, hierarchy, and agent management data through data entry and reporting phases Review month-over-month and weekly comparison reports to identify data that needs to be corrected or researched Use data to find trends within a region/market Find root cause analysis and make recommendations on how to improve data integrity Generate reports from our CRM

  • system Gather data via Excel, carrier portals, and Monday Pull reports from carrier websites and shared email boxes Combine data from multiple sources Assist Operations Team and other departments with ensuring the data we provide to our agents, internal staff, and carrier partners is accurate Identify best practices and areas for improvement and share ideas with leadership Collect data from various sources Organize and analyze large data sets Write comprehensive reports Develop understanding of business processes, goals, and strategies to identify, design, and implement internal process improvements Create and maintain data architecture Create data tools for analysis and data science team members that assist them in building and optimizing data; Work with data and analysts to strive for greater functionality in our data systems Other duties as assigned Skills/Competencies Quality Management•Looks for ways to improve and promote quality.

Experience:
High School diploma. 1-2 years related experience and/or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience. Advanced understanding of Excel preferred.
