$50,000-$60,000 base salary, plus incentive compensation and benefits Iron Tribe Fitness is hiring a full-time Gym Manager to lead one of our area locations. This is not a desk-manager role. This is a people leadership, sales, operations, and client experience role for someone who can build relationships, drive growth, lead a team, and create a gym culture people want to be part of. The Gym Manager is the most influential leadership position inside our local gym model. You will be responsible for the daily leadership of the location, including client acquisition, retention, team accountability, operations, revenue goals, and the overall athlete experience. We are looking for someone who is confident with people, energized by relationships, organized enough to run the details, and driven enough to own the results. This is a great opportunity to level up your career. What You'll Own As Gym Manager, you will lead the gym like it is your business.
Your core responsibilities will include:
Sales & Growth You will own new client growth for the location. That means responding to leads, booking consultations, conducting tours, selling front-end offers and memberships, asking for referrals, building local relationships, and helping prospects choose the training option that fits their goals. You should enjoy the art of selling when selling is done the right way: through service, listening, trust, confidence, and clear communication. Client Experience & Retention You will make sure every client feels seen, known, and cared for. That includes greeting clients by name, resolving issues quickly, responding to feedback, maintaining high service standards, and protecting the culture of the gym. Our goal is not just to acquire clients. It is to keep them, serve them, and help them build a long-term training habit. Team Leadership You will lead, support, and hold accountable a small team of coaches and staff. You will communicate expectations clearly, run staff meetings, lead one-on-ones, delegate responsibilities, resolve conflict, and create a team environment where people know what winning looks like. You do not need to be the loudest person in the room, but you do need to be willing to lead the room. You'll have access to the CEO of the company as a part of your development and growth. Operations & Administration You will manage the details that keep the gym running well: scheduling, billing, reporting, client accounts, facility standards, inventory, expenses, CRM follow-up, team communication, and execution of current marketing and operational systems. This role requires someone who can connect with people and also follow through on the details. Requirements Strong candidates will bring:

Work alongside, motivate and lead your team of 2-4 coaches on a daily basis while also communicating with your peer location leaders and owners, sometimes in different markets, on a weekly if not daily basis by phone, email or through our CRM.
