Licensed and Certified Assisted living Manager in Mesa AZ

Overview We are seeking a

LICENSED

manager for assisted living homes ( two licenses available). The license is an exclusive criteria The salary will be adjusted based on the activity and availability to work full time or part time, and the responsibilities that will be able accomplish. Responsibilities Oversee all aspects of operations, medication and daily activities including staffing and adjusting the schedule for the caregivers Lead and supervise staff members, Inform and report to the owner all the daily activities Market and promote the company Having connections and contacts with the case managers referral agents to develop the activity and fill out the vacant beds Ensure compliance with licensing regulations, safety protocols, and health standards at all times. Prepare detailed reports on operational performance, incident logs, guest feedback, and staff schedules to inform ongoing improvements. Experience Proven management experience and excellent communication skills focused on improving performance of caregivers and creating a positive connection between the employees Strong background in events management with the ability to coordinate multiple activities simultaneously. Being able to take the shift or find a replacement caregiver if one of the caregivers are not present Familiarity with report writing for operational documentation and incident tracking. Experience managing shift schedules, procedures, and maintaining compliance with licensing laws.
