The ideal candidate will have a strong background in hospitality management, team management, and a deep appreciation for coffee culture. This role involves overseeing daily operations, managing staff, and maintaining the highest standards of service and product quality. Responsibilities Oversee the daily operations of the coffee shop, ensuring smooth service and customer satisfaction. Manage and train staff, fostering a positive work environment and promoting teamwork. Develop and implement operational policies and procedures to enhance efficiency. Monitor inventory levels, order supplies, and manage budgeting to maintain profitability. Handle cash management, including cash handling procedures and reconciliation. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations in food production and service areas. Engage with customers to build relationships and gather feedback for continuous improvement. Skills Strong knowledge of coffee preparation techniques and coffee culture. Proven experience in team management within a restaurant or café setting.
