Costa Mesa, CA Preferred | Hybrid | Travel as Needed | Help Expand Access to Recovery Care As we continue to grow, we are seeking a Director of Partnerships to help build the relationships and access pathways that expand awareness, trust, and access to care. This is not an account management role. This is a builder role. We are looking for a strategic, relationship-driven leader who can identify opportunities, build partnerships from the ground up, and create scalable programs that advance our mission. The Opportunity This role combines partnership strategy, business development, community engagement, and healthcare relationship management. You will partner closely with leadership to identify, negotiate, activate, and grow strategic partnerships that strengthen credibility, expand awareness, and create new pathways to care. What You Will Own | Strategic Partnerships You will lead the development of partnerships across: Home health organizations Telehealth providers Faith-based organizations Nonprofits and advocacy groups Community organizations Other mission-aligned healthcare and service partners Responsibilities include: Identifying and evaluating partnership opportunities Leading negotiations and partnership agreements Launching pilot programs and partnership initiatives Building referral and access pathways Creating onboarding and activation frameworks Measuring partnership performance and impact Access & Community Growth | We believe access should coexist with dignity. Success requires building relationships that create mutual value while expanding awareness, credibility, and patient access. Builder & Innovation Mindset This role is ideal for someone who enjoys creating systems where none exist. You will build repeatable partnership models, test new opportunities, and help transform successful relationships into scalable growth channels. Required 8+ years of experience in partnerships, healthcare, business development, community engagement, or related fields Demonstrated success developing and growing strategic partnerships Strong relationship-building and negotiation skills Experience working across multiple stakeholders and organizations Ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment Comfortable building processes, frameworks, and programs from scratch Preferred Experience in healthcare, digital health, telehealth, home health, or healthcare innovation Startup or high-growth company experience Experience building referral networks, access pathways, or community partnerships Mission-driven mindset with a passion for improving lives
