We are seeking an experienced and motivated Front of House Manager to help lead our team and deliver exceptional service. Key Responsibilities Supervise and support front-of-house staff, including coaching, scheduling, and performance management Maintain high standards of guest service and respond promptly to guest needs and concerns Actively support service during peak hours (expediting, running food, assisting staff) Ensure compliance with food safety, sanitation, and allergen awareness standards Oversee opening and closing procedures, including cash handling and administrative tasks Foster a team-oriented, professional work environment Qualifications Minimum 3 years of restaurant management experience required Experience in high-volume, fast-paced restaurant environments preferred Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills Knowledge of food, beverage, and service standards Current Food Handler's Certification required Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs as needed
