Position Overview:

Kings View is seeking a Service Line Director II to provide advanced clinical and operational leadership for assigned service lines.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee clinical and operational functions of assigned service lines Supervise program and clinical leadership staff Manage productivity, staffing models, and resource allocation Monitor quality outcomes and compliance Lead audits, licensing reviews, and expansion initiatives Collaborate with internal leadership and external stakeholders

What You'll Bring:

Master's Degree in related field Active California license (LCSW, LMFT, LPCC or equivalent) Five years progressive leadership experience Strong behavioral health operations knowledge
