Job Description

Position Summary:
The Senior Assistant Manager oversees the day to day operations of the operating unit and leads a team. This role mentors and develops the resident services team, promptly handles resident escalations, resolves customer questions and concerns, and upholds customer service standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Hires, trains, coaches and manages the performance and development of team members, ensuring established performance metrics and objectives are achieved. Provides excellent customer service by anticipating customer's needs, taking ownership and resolving questions and concerns promptly and professionally. Supervises and ensures community common areas, grounds and vacant units are consistently maintained to company standards, proactively identifying and resolving any potential hazards. Oversees and ensures the timely completion of all administrative resident services tasks and resident retention activities ensuring they are accurately documented in the appropriate operating platform. Ensures audit compliance to Standard Operating Policies/Procedures (SOPs). Executes administrative accounting processes for the operating unit. Drives efficiency by adopting and maximizing the use of new and existing technologies.
Additional Skills:
Proficiency in Google suite Experience with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) and Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems such as Salesforce, RealPage or Coupa is preferred. Strong written and verbal communication skills
Preferred Education:
High School Diploma or General Educational Development (GED) or equivalent experience
Preferred Years of Relevant Work Experience:
2 - 5 years
Additional Requirements:
Travel between communities may be required daily. Valid California driver's license; Maintain continuous vehicle liability insurance as required by state law. (This role requires the regular and frequent operation of a vehicle, as defined in the Company's MVR policy, and is part of the essential duties of this position.) Minimum Qualifications /
