• Full-time Job Summary We are seeking an energetic, warm, detail-oriented , independent thinker to manage and lead our aesthetic clinic with enthusiasm and professionalism.

We have two locations in los angles and have been in practice for 23 years. In this pivotal role, you will oversee daily operations, ensure unreasonable and exceptional patient experiences, and drive the growth of our med spa services. Your leadership will foster a positive, unreasonable hospitality for our patients and a environment for staff that is supoportive. Maintaining compliance with healthcare regulations is important. This position offers a dynamic opportunity to combine healthcare expertise with business management, creating a thriving and welcoming space for all. Duties Manage daily clinic operations, patient flow, and staff coordination to ensure smooth workflow and outstanding service delivery with the help of our current staff person overseeing daily operations. Supervise medical and administrative staff, providing guidance, training, and performance evaluations to foster both team and individual development. Oversee fiscal management activities such as budgeting, financial reporting, and expense control to maximize profitability Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations including HIPAA (Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act). Evaluate current systems and improve upon them as needed. Evaluate use of current RN role and implement a plan to increase productivity. Implement practice management strategies to optimize patient care, operational efficiency, and revenue cycle management Coordinate with vendors for equipment maintenance, supply procurement, and service contracts to keep the clinic running smoothly Proven experience in medical office management or healthcare management within a clinical setting Strong supervisory skills and comfort in direct honest performance evaluations. Expertise in fiscal management including budgeting, financial analysis, and resource allocation Knowledge of medical terminology, medical records management, and healthcare compliance standards like HIPAA Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask. Background in nursing or medical administrative support is highly desirable Familiarity with aesthetic clinic operations is a plus.
