About the
Client:
Provides quality ABA therapy that focuses on the client's needs first. Clinical decisions are based on what is best for improving the client's daily functioning. The mission is to educate and empower individuals and families so they can improve their quality of life. Committed to maintaining a high standard of services by working with highly qualified staff who strive to make a positive difference in the lives of the clients and families served.
Responsibilities:
Under the supervision of the Clinical Director, provide supervision of ABA services in a 1:1 and group settings utilizing the principals of Applied Behavior Analysis. Craft and implement the skill acquisition and behavior reduction goals. Provide oversight of direct staff collecting data on skill acquisition and behavior reduction goals. Provide oversight to Program Supervisors in developing skill acquisition and behavior reduction goals. Maintain client data in the home by updating program data app within the required timeframe. Continuously monitor client progress and adjust treatment plans. Write progress reports detailing client achievement. Effectively communicate with parents and caregivers regarding client progress. Utilize safe and appropriate behavior modification strategies when working with clients. Maintain client confidentiality based on HIPAA guidelines. Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work and therapy environment Maintain and acquire ABA knowledge and skills by attending assigned staff trainings or meetings. Attaining and achieving position competencies in relation to role responsibilities. Requirements Valid Board Certified Behavior Analyst certification Master's Degree in Education, Special Education, Behavior Analysis or other related field Bilingual is preferred but not required
