insertion Injection administration Patient care LPN Full Job Description We are seeking a professional, dependable, and client-focused Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to oversee the daily operations of our Med Spa and Wellness department. The ideal candidate is experienced with IV therapy, knowledgeable about peptides and wellness services, and capable of providing exceptional client care while maintaining all clinical compliance and safety standards. This position combines hands-on nursing care, client education, and operational oversight within a growing wellness-focused environment. Responsibilities Administer IV therapy, vitamin injections, and wellness treatments safely and professionally Assist with peptide therapy protocols and client education Conduct client consultations, wellness assessments, and treatment reviews Oversee daily Med Spa operations and treatment scheduling Maintain accurate charting, client records, and treatment documentation Ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations, OSHA standards, and infection control procedures Maintain a clean, safe, and professional treatment environment Properly handle medical supplies, sharps disposal, and sanitation procedures Monitor inventory and coordinate ordering of clinical and wellness supplies Support client retention through excellent customer service and relationship building Collaborate with management on operational growth and wellness offerings Qualifications Active California RN or LPN license in good standing Experience with IV insertion and IV therapy required Knowledge of peptides, wellness therapies, supplementation, and recovery services preferred Understanding of HIPAA compliance, OSHA standards, and medical safety protocols Strong communication and interpersonal skills Professional appearance and demeanor Ability to work independently and manage daily operations Experience in a med spa, wellness clinic, aesthetics, or functional medicine setting preferred Preferred Experience Vitamin injections and wellness protocols Peptide therapy knowledge and client education Membership sales or retail experience is a plus Experience with EMR, scheduling, or booking software systems Compensation Competitive hourly pay based on experience and licensing Bonus and commission opportunities may be available Flexible scheduling opportunities About Us We are committed to helping our clients improve their health, recovery, performance, and overall wellness through personalized care and innovative wellness services.
