Job Overview We are seeking a reliable and experienced administrator to directly oversee and support our Lego enrichment afterschool program and provide support to the OC afterschool department. This role will be full time and a hybrid work position. The ideal candidate is someone who is reliable and creative and is passionate about providing the best afterschool experience to the students we serve. Knowledge and an affinity for Legos is preferred. This is an opportunity to be a leading contributor to Strategic Kids' growth within our enrichment department. Key Responsibilities ✔ Directly schedule Lego staff's shifts in the OC afterschool department. ✔ Oversight of Lego staff's timesheets. ✔ Program development with the Lego program collaborating with the Lego trainer and associate directors. ✔ Directly oversee the Lego trainer who facilitates curriculum workshops, in person trainings, and orientations. ✔ Manage Lego inventory. ✔ Lead program meetings. ✔ Support OC afterschool with customer service answering phone calls, emails, and greeting candidates, clients, and guests. ✔ Support OC afterschool with delivering flyers, marketing, and attending think tanks. ✔ Support OC afterschool leadership with implementing strategies that increase our impact. Qualifications ✔ High School Diploma. ✔ Reliable Transportation. ✔ At least 1 year in a supervisory role preferred. ✔ Ability to learn software used by Strategic Kids. ✔ Knowledge of afterschool programs. ✔ Ability to be in the office a minimum of three days a week.
