Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience. 6 years of experience in a management consulting, sales operations, business strategy or corporate advisory role. Preferred qualifications:

About the job The Business Strategy & Operations organization provides business critical insights using analytics, ensures cross functional alignment of goals and execution, and helps teams drive strategic partnerships and new initiatives forward. We stay focused on aligning the highest-level company priorities with effective day-to-day operations, and help evolve early stage ideas into future-growth initiatives. As a Strategy and Operations Lead, you will partner with the Global News Partnerships team to help us build and execute licensing, educational, and transformational programs across Google product surfaces. You will help to develop and drive execution of partnership strategies for our products and programs with the news industry. The Global Partnerships organization is responsible for exploring new opportunities with Google's partners. Google's Global Partnerships team works with a wide range of partners to bring the best of Google to power their business. The Global Partnerships team supports Google's own Product teams with essential partnerships to help Google's user experiences in advertising, Search, Assistant, Maps, Travel, Shopping, Payments and more. Teams create product-enabling partnerships, go-to-market strategies and incubate business growth for a variety of products. The US base salary range for this full-time position is $153,000-$222,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Responsibilities Define and implement global and regional partnership strategies that align with the long-term goals of the news ecosystem. Build and execute licensing, educational, and transformational programs across Google product surfaces to support the news industry. Partner with cross-functional teams, including Product, Finance, Legal, and Global Business Organization (GBO) partnerships, to drive global execution and alignment. Drive planning by guiding market approaches, managing negotiations, and relentlessly optimizing operations for scaled programs. Develop high-impact executive communications and decision-framing documents while measuring and communicating the impact of our strategies.
