• ,•California (US-CA) •The Role at a glance:•We are looking to add a Commissary Manager to our correctional team in Santa Rosa, CA.

As a Commissary Manager, you will operate and supervise the assigned facility's commissary management program per the facility contract specifications and per the direction of the District Manager.

• What you'll be doing:
• + Actively supervise the sales process.

+ Supervise and direct inmate labor (where applicable). + Accurately report financial results per Company protocol. + Accurately maintain proper inventory levels. + Source products and manage the product mix while reducing product costs. + Develop and maintain successful relationships with the client, commissary partners and the location Food Service Director, ensuring effective and efficient communication and operations. + Implement and support all Company standards and initiatives. + Demonstrate an understanding of Company Vision, Mission and Goals.

Must-haves:

_ + High school diploma or equivalent. + At least two years' experience in a supervisory role. + Inventory management experience + Proven track record of financial responsibility. + Strong written and verbal communication skills. + Strong customer service skills. _

Nice-to-haves:

_ + Associate's degree or Bachelor's degree.

• $30.00 per hour
