As lead architect of our commercial expansion strategy, you will drive growth in market adoption, fleet performance, and integration within mobile ecosystems around the world. You will bridge the gap between technology and business, ensuring our autonomous vehicle fleets deliver exceptional experience and value to users and stakeholders alike. Overseeing critical analytics infrastructure informing strategic business direction and expansion. This is a high-impact role who thrives in fast-moving, dynamic environments who is ready to drive the autonomous transportation future. Develop and execute a scalable, high performing network for autonomous vehicle fleets across target cities and regions, including market entry, pricing models, demand generation, and unit economics optimization Spearhead the design and implementation of analytics infrastructure to measure and predict business performance. Leverage AI/ML models to analyze rider behavior, partner ROI, fleet utilization, and market saturation—turning data into actionable business strategy Translate technical capabilities (e.g., AV safety, routing algorithms, fleet optimization) into compelling business propositions for expanded utilization of autonomous vehicle fleets Recruit, mentor, and manage a high-performing BD team focused on enterprise partnerships, city integrations, and ecosystem expansion. Set KPIs, enable performance tracking, and foster a culture of accountability and innovation Collaborate closely with Engineering, Product, Operations, Safety, and Regulatory teams to align business goals with technical feasibility and compliance Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Business, or equivalent experience 8+ years of impactful leadership in transportation, mobility, or tech-enabled services (AV startups, ridehailing, or logistics) AV or ridehailing experience, particularly in business development or product-led growth Demonstrated success in creating and managing complex strategic product roadmaps Detailed understanding of autonomous vehicle systems, AI/ML in mobility, fleet operations, and data-driven decision-making.
