Job Description

Investor Relations Manager(US-focused) San Diego Full-time Internet / Electronics / Games Responsibilities Key Responsibilities: 1.Manage daily operations of the investor relations department and support the SVP, Head of IR & Corporate Development. 2.Prepare and update core IR materials, including earnings scripts, fact sheets, FAQs and investor presentations. 3.Lead end-to-end preparation and process for quarterly earnings events and manage analyst consensus. 4.Track, analyze and report investor changes and provide regular IR insights to senior management. 5.Ensure full compliance with SEC disclosure requirements and Regulation FD principles. 6.Coordinate and manage external providers and advisors as needed. 7.Supervise and lead the London-based Investor Relations Associate. Qualifications Requirements: 1.3-8 years of investor relations experience at a US-listed company or US-based IR advisory firm. 2.Hands-on experience in preparing earnings materials, investor presentations and disclosure documents. 3.Solid knowledge of US securities regulations, public company disclosure practices and Regulation FD. 4.Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; Chinese is a plus. 5.Proactive attitude with ability to deeply understand business and drive independent judgment. 6.High proficiency in using AI tools to generate insights and improve work efficiency. 7.Eager to take more responsibilities, grow rapidly and add strategic value in a fast-paced tech company.
