Role Overview The Director of Global Strategic Marketing is a strategic leader responsible for defining product strategy, driving innovation, and leading global marketing for the MONARCH Platform, Bronchoscopy. This role partners cross‑functionally to translate clinical and customer insights into differentiated products, strong market positioning, and successful global commercialization.
Key Responsibilities Product Management & Portfolio Strategy:
Define vision, roadmap, and lifecycle strategy aligned with global business objectives and long-range financial plan
Innovation Leadership:
Partner with R D and cross-functional development team to translate customer needs into scalable, differentiated product solutions
Global Marketing:
Lead brand, value proposition development, positioning, messaging, and go-to-market strategies across global markets
Commercial Alignment:
Collaborate with regional commercial teams to drive successful product launches, market expansion, and annual planning
Market & Customer Insights:
Leverage clinical, economic, and competitive insights to shape pipeline and product portfolio decisions
Business Performance:
Guide pricing strategy, forecast modeling, and business case development for new opportunities
Team Leadership:
Build and lead a high-performing product management and global marketing team; foster a data-driven, results-oriented team culture
Cross-Functional Leadership:
