Job Description:
A leading global law firm is seeking a mid-level associate (4-6 years of experience) for its San Francisco office. The practice advises leading multinational corporations, financial institutions, and private equity sponsors on complex cross-border corporate transactions, with a strong focus on high-end public and private M&A and strategic advisory work.
Representative work includes:
Public and private mergers and acquisitions, including cross-border transactions Strategic investments and joint ventures Private equity sponsor-side and portfolio company transactions Complex corporate structuring, governance, and general corporate advisory matters Public company transactional and advisory work The firm offers market-leading compensation, exposure to sophisticated cross-border transactions, partner-led deal teams, and significant responsibility on high-value international matters.
Ideal Candidate Profile:
Class Year 2019-2021 (4-6 years of experience) Excellent academic credentials Strong M&A and/or general corporate transactional experience Experience at a leading international or U.S. law firm Cross-border experience preferred Currently practicing at an AmLaw 100 firm Please reach out if this opportunity aligns with your background and interests.
