This is a temporary, on-site role for someone who truly understands the "rhythm" of a med spa.

Key Responsibilities:

On-site Operations:

Managing staff (RNs/PAs) and ensuring smooth daily workflows.

Sales & Lead Management:

Calling cold leads and managing our pipeline in GoHighLevel/Zoho .

Client Relations:

Handling high-ticket consultations and ensuring a premium guest experience. Responsibilities Lead and supervise medical spa staff, including clinicians, estheticians, and administrative personnel, ensuring high standards of service and professionalism. Oversee clinic operations, including scheduling, patient flow, and treatment protocols to optimize efficiency and patient satisfaction. Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations including

HIPAA, JCAHO

standards, and state-specific licensing requirements. Experience Boulevard system Maximize scheduling to maximize profit weekly Be able to conduct treatment plans for Ultherapy , Everesse ( xerf/thermage) , Pico Laser, Fillers, Laser hair removal Qualifications Proven strong experience with Medical spa : Ultherapy prime , Xerf/everesse , co2 laser , laser hair removal , laser tattoo removal , pico laser , radiesse Strong supervisory skills with demonstrated success in managing teams across multiple disciplines. Familiarity Go High level and Boulevard confidentiality and compliance. Excellent communication skill over the phone or being able to chat with client on Go high level system, Prior experience in managing clinic operations for medical spa at least 2 years experience through innovative aesthetic solutions while leading a dedicated team committed to excellence!

Pay:

$204.92 - $350.00 per day
