POSITION SUMMARY
Gather and analyze business data to maximize performance and increase sales for routes and strategic accounts in the assigned region. Develop and update action plans, including customer presentations, pricing strategies, and operational improvement proposals to increase regional sales and profitability. ________________________________________
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS
Serve as liaison between Supply Chain and Sales; create weekly bookings for regional items and manage allocation of short-coded or constrained products Analyze routes and strategic account performance against business plans; present results to internal and external stakeholders and identify opportunities to increase margins and market share Analyze strategic account performance and present findings to stakeholders Administer regional price lists; ensure customers are in the correct pricing tiers, review monthly discounts for alignment with gross margin objectives, and approve exceptions Gather and analyze sales data for strategic accounts; generate reports, track performance to goals, and provide metrics to sales teams Monitor accounts receivable activity and follow up on past-due payments Analyze sales trends and development to support sustained revenue growth in the region Conduct market visits to identify operational and customer service opportunities within DSD routes Identify and pursue new business opportunities; evaluate potential accounts, build relationships, and support service level improvements including accurate product setup and delivery Analyze KPI metrics including pricing, margin, coverage, market share, and promotional activity; recommend strategy adjustments when needed Support supply chain and logistics processes; troubleshoot and resolve product supply issues Create, track, and implement sales contests for sales teams and customers Requirements ________________________________________
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or related field (or equivalent work experience) Five years of experience in trade marketing, account management, or related field, including managing trade spend ________________________________________
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
Experience in a broker or sales analyst role Experience in Consumer Packaged Goods, preferably within the Hispanic market ________________________________________

(KSA's) Self-starter with strong drive, passion, and motivation Ability to work independently with strong internal motivation Solution-oriented mindset with the ability to perform under pressure and resolve issues effectively Knowledge of category management processes and applications Experience with SAP, BW Analyzer, and High Jump Familiarity with consumption data tools such as Nielsen Bilingual in English and Spanish Strong business and financial acumen, including analytics and trade management Ability to analyze data and make sound recommendations, even with incomplete information Understanding of end-to-end business processes Strong communication skills with ability to present complex information clearly Strong analytical, negotiation, and detail-oriented skills Strong data analysis skills, including pivot tables and reporting Ability to build relationships across teams and foster collaboration Ability to work effectively in a matrix organization ________________________________________
