VOYlegal has partnered with an AmLaw 100 firm seeking a Corporate M&A Associate to join its Denver office. This is a strong opportunity for an attorney who wants to work on sophisticated M&A matters. The ideal candidate will have meaningful corporate deal experience and an interest in taking on significant responsibility within a collaborative, national platform.

Sophisticated M&A work Significant responsibility drafting and managing deal documents Collaborative corporate team and strong national platform Opportunity for attorneys with roughly 3-7 years of transactional experience Competitive compensation and comprehensive benefits Salary range: $220,000-$345,000, depending on experience.
