This position is responsible for overseeing all day-to-day operations of the club, including staff management, promoting youth development programs, ensuring excellent customer service, budgeting, and driving sales. The Club Director will work collaboratively to create a thriving community atmosphere while maintaining operational efficiency and financial goals. Strong leadership and organizational skills, alongside a commitment to the club's values, are essential for success in this role. Position Summary The Club Director will lead all racquet programming, operations, and community initiatives at RSC Denver. This is both a leadership and an on-court role — blending program design and staff management with a focus on member experience, community building, and business performance. This is a unique opportunity to join RSC during a period of rapid growth. The right candidate will have significant autonomy, direct access to senior leadership, and the ability to help shape operational playbooks that will be implemented across future RSC locations. Key Responsibilities Leadership & Operations Create a "members-first" culture with consistent, high-touch service. Oversee daily racquet programming operations, scheduling, and service delivery. Hire, train, and manage padel and pickleball coaching staff. Ensure program and service quality align with RSC brand standards. Programming & Coaching Design, promote, and manage all padel and pickleball programs, including clinics, leagues, ladders, tournaments, and social play. Deliver private and group instruction as needed to maintain program excellence. Innovate formats and experiences that drive participation and retention. Mentor and develop the coaching team to achieve performance goals. Member Experience & Community Build a welcoming, inclusive, and active racquet community. Communicate programming clearly via email, social media, and club channels. Develop local partnerships and sponsorships that elevate the club's profile. Business & Growth Partner with the General Manager on budgets, pricing, and revenue goals. Drive participation in lessons, programs, and events to maximize profitability. Contribute to ancillary revenue through lessons, clinics, and merchandise. Facility & Events Ensure all racquet facilities are maintained at top quality. Lead tournaments, exhibitions, and special events. Maintain relationships with vendors, governing bodies, and event partners. Compensation & Benefits The Club Director role includes a guaranteed base salary, performance-based earning opportunities, and long-term equity participation. About Racket Social Club Racket Social Club (RSC) is a fast-growing racquet sports network delivering premium, community-driven experiences across multiple U.S. locations. In the past six months alone, we've opened four new clubs in Atlanta, Denver, and two in Houston, bringing the network to 17 padel courts nationwide — and we're just getting started. Each RSC location features modern facilities, vibrant social spaces, and best-in-class amenities , creating welcoming hubs for players of all levels to connect, compete, and have fun both on and off the court.
Pay:
$70,000.00 - $110,000.00 per year
