Job Description

Join us as an Acquisition Analyst, where you'll play a key role in evaluating and executing multifamily investments through financial underwriting, market research, and due diligence. You'll partner closely with our investment team, gaining hands-on experience across the full acquisition lifecycle. At PRG Real Estate, founded in 1985, we manage over $2 billion in assets and 11,000 units nationwide as a vertically integrated industry leader. Key Responsibilities Analyze property financials, rent rolls, and operating reports Build and maintain financial models to evaluate acquisitions Conduct market research, including rent/sales comps and economic trends Support due diligence, including property tours and document review Prepare investment materials and presentations Track deal flow and maintain pipeline reporting Coordinate with brokers, lenders, and internal teams Assist with transaction structuring and cash flow projections Qualifications & Other Requirements Bachelor's degree in Finance, Real Estate, or related field 1-3 years of relevant experience preferred Strong Excel and financial modeling skills Knowledge of real estate fundamentals (NOI, IRR, cap rates) Strong analytical and communication skills Ability to travel up to 50% and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment Ability to perform tasks thoroughly and effectively whilst working remote and traveling Why Join Us? 70% company-paid medical premiums with HSA options Generous PTO, 14+ paid holidays, and paid parental leave Rent discounts and exclusive employee savings programs Free virtual therapy and wellness resources Ongoing training, certifications, and career growth opportunities Collaborative, team-oriented culture that invests in your success
