Milford Summary:

Zoom Car Wash is seeking motivated and experienced Car Wash supervisor to help lead operations at our Milford location. This role is ideal for individuals with strong leadership skills, a customer-first mindset, and a passion for operational excellence.

Supervises:

Provides leadership and support to Car Wash Attendants to ensure smooth operations and exceptional service.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage daily operations of the car wash facility, ensuring high-quality service and customer satisfaction. Supervise recruitment, training, and scheduling of team members to ensure optimal staffing levels and operational efficiency. Monitor equipment performance and oversee routine maintenance to ensure operational efficiency. Maintain compliance with safety, health, and environmental regulations. Address customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly and professionally. Collaborate with the team to develop and implement local marketing strategies. Ensure cleanliness and organization of all work areas. Dress for Success. Promote a positive work environment and uphold company standards, including uniform compliance.

Qualifications:

Proven leadership and team management experience. Strong customer service and communication skills. Familiarity with car wash equipment and cleaning chemicals (preferred). Ability to manage daily operational reports and performance metrics. Problem-solving and critical thinking abilities.

Work Environment:

Fast-paced, outdoor setting. Physical activity may include lifting, moving equipment, and basic mechanical tasks.

Education & Experience:

High school diploma or equivalent required. Prior supervisory experience preferred; car wash or mechanical industry experience is a plus but not required. Ability to work well with people from all backgrounds with varying degrees of experience. Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously. Desire to work as part of a team and willingness to promote the principles and views of Zoom Car Wash. Employment is contingent upon successful completion of a background check in accordance with company policy.
