This executive role is pivotal in shaping the strategic direction and driving business growth. As President, you will serve as the leader responsible for cultivating strong relationships with high net worth families in South Florida. Your energetic leadership will inspire teams to achieve ambitious goals while maintaining a steadfast commitment to our core values and mission. Responsibilities Develop and execute comprehensive strategic plans to advance organizational objectives and expand market presence in South Florida. Lead and oversee all of private banking in South Florida. Drive business development initiatives to identify new opportunities, partnerships, and revenue streams that align with organizational goals. Provide senior leadership by setting clear expectations, mentoring teams, and fostering a collaborative environment. Supervise management teams across departments to ensure operational efficiency, quality standards, and financial performance. Represent the organization at industry events, community engagements, and stakeholder meetings to promote our mission and build strategic alliances. Requirements Proven experience in business management with a strong track record of leading organizations at the senior leadership level. Exceptional strategic planning skills with the ability to translate vision into actionable plans. Minimum twenty (20) years experience in banking with increasing leadership responsibilities over that time frame. Strong background in business development coupled with financial management acumen. Excellent communication skills with the ability to motivate teams and engage stakeholders effectively. Prior experience in South Florida supervising commercial banking, private banking and mortgage banking teams. Bi-lingual in Spanish and English.
