We are looking for a physician who values compliance, patient safety, and business growth, and who is interested in building a long-term partnership with an expanding medical spa. About Our Practice WO/MAN Luxe MedSpa offers advanced device-based aesthetic and wellness treatments, including: Face & Skin Rejuvenation RF Microneedling (Sylfirm X, Candela Matrix, Exion) CO2 Laser Resurfacing (Lumenis AcuPulse) IPL & ResurFX (Lumenis Stellar M22) Aerolase Neo HydraFacial Candela Glacé Facial Laser Skin Rejuvenation Tattoo Removal (PiQo4) Body Contouring & Skin Tightening Emsculpt NEO Exion Body Emerald Laser Endospheres Therapy Icoone Laser Med Hair Removal Candela GentleMax Pro Primelase Diode Laser Women's Wellness Services Emsella Future expansion into vaginal rejuvenation and women's intimate wellness treatments Planned Future Services Hormone Replacement Therapy (HRT/BHRT) Medical Weight Loss Peptide Therapy IV Therapy Wellness and Longevity Programs Expanded Women's Health Services Responsibilities Serve as Medical Director for a growing Florida medical spa. Review and establish treatment protocols and standing orders. Provide oversight for medical and aesthetic services. Support compliance with Florida regulations. Be reasonably available for clinical consultation and emergency guidance when required. Assist with expansion into wellness, hormone optimization, IV therapy, and women's health services. Ideal Candidate Active Florida Medical License (MD or DO). Experience as a Medical Director for a med spa, aesthetic clinic, dermatology, plastic surgery, wellness, or longevity practice. Familiarity with energy-based devices, laser procedures, RF technologies, and aesthetic medicine. Knowledge of Florida delegation, supervision, and medical spa regulations. Interest in helping build a modern, compliant, and scalable practice. Additional Requirements We are specifically seeking a Medical Director who can support: Oversight of a Nurse Practitioner working within the practice. Oversight of licensed Electrologists performing laser hair removal services. Medical supervision for current and future aesthetic and wellness services. Future expansion into hormone replacement therapy, vaginal rejuvenation, IV therapy, and longevity medicine.
