Role:

Lexio Capital, a thriving Merchant Cash Advance direct funder with 5 years of strong growth, is looking for a sharp and driven Underwriter / Pricing Manager to lead our pricing team. This is a high-impact, in-office leadership role where you will own the front-end underwriting and pricing process—from deal submission through pricing decision. You'll play a critical role in balancing risk and profitability while leading a team in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.

What You'll Do:

Lead, manage, and develop a team of underwriters focused on pricing and initial risk evaluation Oversee the underwriting process from deal submission through pricing decision Analyze merchant files including bank statements, credit reports, and processing data to structure competitive offers Set pricing strategies and guidelines to align with company risk appetite and revenue goals Review and price complex or high-value deals Ensure consistency, speed, and accuracy across all pricing decisions Monitor pipeline flow and team performance to maintain efficiency and turnaround times Train and mentor junior underwriters, building a strong and scalable team Work closely with with Final Verification Department to ensure guidelines were followed.

What We're Looking For:

2+ years of experience in the Merchant Cash Advance (MCA) industry Strong underwriting and pricing experience (front-end deal evaluation) Prior experience leading or mentoring a team is highly preferred Deep understanding of risk assessment, deal structuring, and MCA pricing models Strong analytical and decision-making skills Excellent communication and leadership abilities Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, in-office environment Advanced proficiency in Excel and financial analysis tools Why Join Lexio Capital?
