As an Entry Level Manager, you engage in a deliberate journey to become a well-rounded leader. Through a structured rotational program, the Entry Level Manager will apprentice in various functions, learning the methods behind AT&T customer acquisition, sales performance tracking for smartphones, and alliance maintenance. The Entry Level Manager bridges exceptional service standards with strategic operational insight. Core Functions of the Entry Level Manager Rotate through residential mobile phone sales, talent development, financial reporting, and campaign management to build leadership skills. Learn the science of mobile phone sales by shadowing senior leaders in market analysis, territory planning, and optimization of AT&T's smartphone solutions. Support the onboarding and training of new associates, ensuring mastery of AT&T mobile phone product knowledge and customer communication techniques. Conduct weekly reviews of smartphone sales metrics, identifying trends, resolving challenges, and implementing strategies to boost regional performance. Lead daily impact meetings to align team objectives with AT&T's national mobile phone promotions and Lakeland market priorities. Assist in recruitment by learning to identify high‑potential talent and foster a culture of accountability and mobile sales excellence. Education & Experience Needed for the Entry Level Manager A high school diploma with proven leadership experience is preferred. Experience in sales, management, hospitality, or team leadership, demonstrating ability to drive collective performance is a plus. Employment Type:

This is a full-time employee position, Monday-Saturday (approximately 40-50 hours per week)

Pay Structure:

This role follows a commission-only compensation structure, with earnings directly tied to sales results.

Work Location:

Main office location in Lakeland, FL and additional assigned territories throughout the area for in-person, territory based sales, plus in-office meetings as needed.

Promote and enroll new customers in AT&T 5G mobile service options
