Beach, pool, marina, clubhouse, and event space — all on one property, all under one roof. The club serves the owners who call Harbor Island home and the steady stream of vacation guests who experience it through short-term stays managed by our partners at Villatel. We're hiring a Swim Club & Marina Manager to run it. This is a roll-up-your-sleeves leadership role. The role starts with a pool attendant on staff and grows the team as the property's offerings and revenue grow. The ideal candidate is a driven hospitality professional who knows how to wear every hat early, deliver an exceptional guest experience, and build something from the ground up. What You'll Do Lead the Property Own daily operations across the marina, pool, beach, clubhouse, and grounds — hands-on, every day. Be visible and present — the role is the face of the property to owners, guests, and partners alike. Build the team over time. The role starts lean and grows as new revenue lines come online; you'll hire, develop, and lead the right people as the property scales. Drive Financial Performance Own the full P&L, including the annual budget, forecasting, and monthly financial reporting. Manage revenue lines and operating expenses with discipline. Identify and build out new revenue streams — boat and watercraft rentals, private events, programming, concessions, and other opportunities the right operator will spot. Negotiate and manage vendor and partner agreements. Deliver an Exceptional Owner and Guest Experience Set the tone for hospitality at every touchpoint, from the first phone call to the last interaction of the day. Host events, welcome arrivals, and build a sense of community that owners are proud of and guests remember. Maintain a strong working relationship with Villatel to ensure a seamless experience for short-term guests. Represent the property and the brand in the Melbourne Beach community. Ensure Compliance and Safety Maintain compliance with the property's Florida submerged lands lease, including public access obligations and reporting requirements. Oversee pool, beach, and waterfront safety — certifications, signage, emergency procedures. Stay current on permits, inspections, and local, state, and federal regulations. What We're Looking For 5+ years of leadership experience at a beach club, country club, resort, hotel, vacation rental community, or similar guest-driven hospitality property Comfortable in a lean operating environment — you're as effective doing the work as you are directing it Demonstrated ownership of a multi-revenue P&L — you understand margins, not just totals, and you can build a budget and defend it Entrepreneurial mindset — you spot revenue opportunities others miss and you know how to turn them into operating programs Track record of building and developing teams as a property or operation scales Polished and credible as the face of the property — with owners, guests, partners, vendors, regulators, and the local community Florida hospitality experience preferred; Space Coast market knowledge a plus Comfortable with the systems of the trade: Microsoft 365, QuickBooks, point-of-sale, reservation platforms, and marina management software Boating and waterfront experience is a plus Why Latitude Latitude Marinas is a hospitality-driven operator running properties across the Mid-Atlantic and Florida.
