Responsibilities Provide visionary leadership and strategic direction for multiple locations, ensuring alignment with overall company goals. Oversee daily operations, including sales, customer service, staffing, and financial performance, to maximize efficiency and profitability. Lead business development initiatives to expand market presence and increase revenue streams within your area. Supervise managers and team members across locations, promoting a positive work environment that encourages growth and high performance. Implement process improvements to streamline operations, enhance customer satisfaction, and reduce costs. Monitor profit & loss statements, analyze financial data, and develop action plans to meet or exceed targets. Drive sales strategies through coaching, training, and motivating teams to achieve ambitious goals while maintaining excellent service standards.
