Position Summary:
Conduct market analysis to identify potential areas for growth and expansion, staying ahead of industry trends and competitor activities. Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve business growth within the assigned territory Increase new patient encounters by identifying potential referral sources, seeking out strategic partnerships, and attending local events within the community Strategically target and engage in outreach and educational activities with providers in select specialties Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers, physicians, referral coordinators, office managers, nurses, pharmaceutical manufacturers, and other healthcare professionals to drive referrals and increase patient volumes Conduct presentations and educational in-services to healthcare providers, showcasing services and addressing any inquiries or concerns Act as a liaison between referring practices and operations team to ensure physician practices and patients are onboarded properly and have a positive experience at every contact with Maintain strong collaborative relationships with infusion center staff and the operations team and be a resource and problem-solver with them. Input timely and well-organized reports via CRM reporting, management tracking and expense platforms. Advocate for patient needs and ensure that our services are accessible, high-quality, and aligned with the best practices in infusion therapy. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of therapies offered, industry regulations, market trends and compliance standards to provide accurate and credible information to healthcare providers and patients Conduct and prepare pre and post call planning, optimize travel routes and manage time efficiently Identify, manage, organize, and participate in local events, to increase brand recognition and patient interest.
Education and Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in business, healthcare administration, or a related field (advanced degree preferred). Proven experience in business development, sales, or relationship management within the healthcare industry. Strong understanding of infusion therapy and the healthcare landscape. Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Ability to build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with healthcare professionals. Strategic thinker with a proactive approach to identifying and pursuing opportunities. Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team. Excellent organizational and time management skills. Determination and a willingness to do whatever it takes to get the job done right. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
