Trim Lead

Position Description:

Job Summary The Trim Lead's purpose is to lead our team of trimmers from start to finish, driving engagement and production. They develop and execute strategies, oversee scheduling, and collect data to help analyze the team and individual performance within the department. Essential Responsibilities Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform essential functions. Set up the room and workstations to ensure the team is ready for the day's tasks. Spearing of product. Sorting of big and small buds, shake and stems. Tracking attendance. Training new or struggling employees in effort to guide them and help them maintain Sunburn expectations set by manager. Transferring of product from trim to dry/cure. Collaborating with other team leads, supervisor and manager to come up with creative ways in which to increase throughput while maintaining a healthy morale. Experience And Qualifications Minimum 21 years of age. Dynamic interpersonal and communication skills. Intermediate-level math skills. PC/MAC knowledge and experience Microsoft Office (Word & Excel) Effective problem solving and mediation skills. Demonstrated ability to multi-task and work in fast-paced environment. Ability to work in rapidly evolving industry and workplace environment. Proven ability to cope with conflict, stress, and crisis situations in a calm and focused manner.
