Med Spa Manager Buford, GA 30519 From $25 an hour - Full-time From $25 an hour - Full-time Job Overview We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Med Spa Manager to oversee daily operations and ensure exceptional client service in our modern medical spa. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership, management, and organizational skills, with a focus on team development, sales growth, and operational efficiency. This role involves managing staff, coordinating services, maintaining inventory, and implementing marketing strategies to promote the spa's offerings. The Med Spa Manager will serve as the primary point of contact for clients and staff, ensuring a seamless and professional experience for all visitors. Responsibilities Lead and supervise the daily operations of the med spa, including scheduling, staffing, and service delivery Manage employee orientation, training & development programs to enhance team performance Oversee recruiting efforts, interviewing candidates, and onboarding new staff members Handle payroll processing, bookkeeping, inventory management, and POS transactions Maintain inventory control and purchasing to ensure availability of supplies and products Implement retail sales strategies and manage merchandising to maximize revenue opportunities Ensure excellent customer service through effective communication skills and phone etiquette Supervise shift management, cash handling, and retail math accuracy during daily operations Monitor budget adherence, pricing strategies, and sales management to meet business goals Oversee store management tasks such as stocking, merchandising, and maintaining a clean environment Enforce health & safety standards in compliance with industry regulations Experience Proven management experience in a retail or healthcare setting, preferably within a med spa or similar environment Strong background in team management, supervising staff, and employee development Demonstrated skills in negotiation, customer service excellence, and conflict resolution Experience with payroll processing, bookkeeping, inventory control, and POS systems Knowledge of retail sales techniques, marketing strategies, and store operations Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail in scheduling, budgeting, and administrative tasks This position offers an opportunity to lead a thriving med spa by combining operational expertise with exceptional client care.
