The Mission Do you have the Master License and the drive to run your own shop, but lack the $50k+ in startup capital and the marketing engine to get off the ground? First Turn Inc. is looking for a licensed Master Plumber who wants to be a business owner, not an employee. We provide the infrastructure; you provide the expertise. We are building the most dominant multi-trade force in North Georgia, and we want you to own the Plumbing piece of the puzzle. What We Provide (Your Startup Package)

The Machine:

A fully integrated marketing and lead-gen engine (First Turn Strategy Group).

The Office:

We handle all the "headache" work—billing, collections, payroll, and customer service.

The Capital:

No need to take out a high-interest loan. We provide the initial equipment, vehicle branding, and high-level insurance.

The Leads:

Immediate access to our thousands of existing Septic, HVAC, and Grading clients.

The Partnership Structure Ownership:

You will receive a significant equity stake in First Turn Plumbing LLC, vesting over [3-5] years.

Profit-Sharing:

As a partner, you aren't waiting for a paycheck; you are taking a split of the Net Profit from every job.

Growth:

As the division grows, you will lead the hiring and training of additional techs, increasing your "passive" income from the division's total performance.

What You Bring The License:

An active State of Georgia Master Plumber License (Class II) .

The Grit:

Since this is a "No Base Salary" role, you must have the hunger to kill what you eat.

The Standards:

A commitment to the "First Turn New Standard"—clean trucks, clear communication, and perfect installs.

The Partnership:

You aren't just a tech; you are a Co-CEO of this division.
