OF EMPLOYMENT
: Employment shall be at the will of the Board of Education. The annual service period shall be 225 days.
PRIMARY FUNCTION
: To lead a high-quality after-school program that fosters a safe, inclusive, and stimulating environment for students.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
: Other duties may be assigned. Communicates, collaborates, and cooperates with colleagues, supervisors, and families. Oversee the development and implementation of developmentally appropriate instructional activities for a group of 60 students. Oversee the implementation and registration of Pre-K camp services (to include Fall, Winter and June break camps) Manage the after-school and camp budgets, including purchasing materials and supplies. Act as the primary point of contact for parents, addressing concerns with empathy and professionalism. Manage afternoon building needs, including front desk supervision, 0-3 staffing, and basic student medical needs. First Responder and risk management lead for medical emergencies, including assessing when to call 911.
SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES
: Supervises a team of 7 afterschool providers.
QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS

EXPERIENCE
: An Associate's degree or higher with experience managing after-school programs. Management experience with small groups of individuals is preferred.
EVALUATION
