Management, LLC Peachtree Corners, GA Job Details 4 hours ago Qualifications Bachelor's degree Stakeholder relationship building Full Job Description Dalfen Industrial is seeking an experienced Land Acquisitions Director to join its growing deployment team in Atlanta, GA. The Development Sourcing Officer will be responsible for identifying and securing ground-up industrial development opportunities and will report to senior leadership. Position Responsibilities Proactively source land and development sites for ground-up industrial projects across target markets, with a primary focus on the Atlanta metroplex and Sun Belt Build and manage a deep pipeline of on-market and off-market land opportunities through broker, landowner, and market relationships Leverage existing equity partner relationships to structure and present development opportunities for joint venture and co-investment consideration Conduct site-level feasibility analysis, including zoning, entitlements, infrastructure, and preliminary underwriting Prepare investment memos and present opportunities to senior leadership and capital partners Coordinate with internal development, construction, and capital markets teams through the pre-development and closing process Monitor competitive land activity, market fundamentals, and submarket trends to identify emerging opportunities Represent company at industry events, with the brokerage community, and among landowner networks Skills & Experience 7+ years of experience in industrial real estate development, land acquisition, or ground-up development sourcing Proven track record identifying and closing land sites for speculative or build-to-suit industrial development Established relationships with equity partners, institutional capital sources, and development joint venture partners Prior experience at a recognized industrial developer strongly preferred Deep knowledge of the Atlanta industrial land market; familiarity with broader Sun Belt markets a plus Strong underwriting and financial modeling skills; proficiency in Excel required, Argus a plus Ability to operate independently, move quickly on opportunities, and manage multiple deals simultaneously Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills Bachelor's degree required, degree in Real Estate, Finance, or related field preferred Company Overview Dalfen Industrial is one of the largest private equity owner, operator, and developer of industrial real estate.
