We are a Brazilian steakhouse, and one of the few on the island. Our servers wear traditional Brazilian gaucho (cowboy) dress as they chat with guests about their offerings. It's not just meat that is our specialty, although it is what we are most famous for. We are looking for an enthusiastic and driven Kitchen Manager to oversee all aspects of food production, as well as manage and train kitchen staff in proper food handling techniques.
