The Role:

Revenue is #1 The Clinic Manager is the business driver of the location, fully accountable for hitting and exceeding monthly revenue goals. This role is for a sales-minded operator who thrives in performance environments. You'll lead your team in daily sales execution, build client relationships, and drive the growth of your clinic like it's your own business. If you love leadership, luxury aesthetics, and hitting record numbers this is your lane. What You'll Do Lead your clinic to exceed monthly and quarterly sales goals. Sell and close high-value treatment plans and memberships. Coach your team daily on revenue, mindset, and execution. Create and implement sales campaigns, events, and partnerships. Deliver a luxury, 5-star client experience that drives loyalty and referrals. Manage daily operations, compliance, and profitability. What You Bring 3+ years in sales or leadership (aesthetics, fitness, luxury retail, or wellness preferred). Proven track record of hitting or exceeding revenue goals.
