Job Description
Overview We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Research and Development Coordinator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating and managing research and development projects with a focus on new services and company growth, ensuring that they are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards. Responsibilities Coordinate and manage research and development projects from conception to completion Develop project plans, timelines, and budgets Develop and execute business expansion strategies to achieve company goals. Conduct market research, analyze competition, and identify opportunities for growth. Establish and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, partners, and clients. Lead the setup of new locations, including licensing, staffing, and operational setup. Manage and mentor business development teams across multiple locations. Drive revenue growth through strategic partnerships, marketing initiatives, and sales efforts. Monitor and report on market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and effective execution. Travel to different locations for business development, setup, and management as required Identify and manage project risks and issues Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project success Conduct research and analysis to support project objectives Prepare and present project status reports to senior management Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards Continuously improve project management processes and procedures Requirements Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business, Marketing, or related field 5+ years of experience in business development, expansion, or management. Proven track record of driving growth and setting up new locations, branches and new businesses. Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Ability to travel frequently and work in a fast-paced environment. Experience in Home Healthcare, Homecare, Caregiving or similar field Managerial or supervisory experience within the homecare setting Basic computer proficiency and familiarity with the Microsoft Suite Excellent Leadership and people skills Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships with healthcare professionals, clients and caregivers. Detail-oriented and highly organized, with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively. Proactive and results-driven, with a focus on achieving business development goals and objectives. Fast learner with a willingness to continuously learn and adapt to new home care trends and practices. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas clearly and persuasively. Valid driver's license, current auto insurance, a clean driving record and reliable transportation. Strong leadership qualities with experience managing multidisciplinary teams. Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, for effective collaboration with stakeholders at all levels. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. A passion for innovation and a commitment to advancing scientific knowledge.
