Join Blast Off Bay as our Assistant Waterpark Manager, where you'll help create unforgettable experiences for our guests in the heart of Goddard, KS. This exciting role offers the opportunity to lead a dynamic team and ensure our waterpark operates smoothly and safely.Responsibilities:
Assist the Waterpark Manager in daily operations and staff supervision. Oversee guest safety and ensure compliance with all safety regulations. Coordinate staff scheduling and training programs for new hires. Manage inventory and supply orders for waterpark amenities. Handle guest inquiries and resolve any issues to ensure customer satisfaction. Monitor park cleanliness and maintain operational standards. Assist in planning and executing special events and promotions. Support marketing efforts to enhance guest engagement and attendance.Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent; perfect for college student! Previous experience in a supervisory role. Strong leadership skills and ability to motivate a diverse team. Excellent communication and customer service skills. Knowledge of health and safety regulations related to waterparks. Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays. CPR and First Aid certification preferred. Positive attitude and passion for creating memorable guest experiences. Perfect for college student, flexible scheduling, evening and weekends.
