Job Description
Marina manager Hiring for a marina manager of two small marinas in Pocasset and West Wareham, MA. The marinas have boat storage, boat and motor maintenance, hauling and launching, as well as slips and moorings.
Job responsibilities:
- Customer management [emailing, calling, texting customers, responding to work requests, etc.]
- Employee management [scheduling, overseeing quality of work, etc.]
- Work flow management [scheduling jobs, managing work progress, making sure all customer requests are completed on time, etc.]
- Launching and hauling boats
- Working on motor repairs and upkeep
- Stepping sailboat masts
- Transporting boats using a hydraulic trailer Required skills/certifications:
- CDL license
- Hoisting license
- Rail system boat launching experience
- Mast stepping experience
- Outboard motor maintenance experience
- Customer management experience
