Full-Time, On-Site About Opportunity A well-established marina located along Chesapeake Bay in Southern Maryland is seeking a Marina Manager to oversee daily operations, ensure outstanding customer service and lead a dedicated support team. The ideal candidate will be a hands-on leader with strong organizational, communication, and people management skills, someone who takes pride in running a safe, clean, and welcoming marina that serves both seasonal slip holders, transient boaters, guests, and the local community. Key Responsibilities Manage all marina operations to include supervising and scheduling marina staff, ensuring safety, efficiency, and excellent customer service. Support financial objectives by driving the sales growth via recurring slip rental and other property rental opportunities as well as, cost control, and reporting results to the corporate office. Maintain facilities, docks, and equipment to the highest operational and aesthetic standards. Promote marina events, transient stays, and community engagement to drive business. Ensure compliance with all environmental, safety, and regulatory requirements. Serve as the primary point of contact for slip holders, guests, and service partners.

Qualifications Experience:

Minimum 3-5 years in marina, hospitality, or marine operations management or equivalent hands-on experience.

Education:

Bachelor's degree in Business, Hospitality, or Marine Operations or equivalent hands-on experience.

Skills:

Proven leadership and team management abilities. Strong organizational and problem-solving skills. Customer service-driven mindset.

Familiarity with Microsoft Office applications:

Outlook, Excel, Word. Ability to work weekends, holidays and peak-season schedules as required.
