Job Description

Reporting to the Director of Programming, this role manages key aspects of Executive MBA program delivery across Ann Arbor, Los Angeles, and online formats, including leadership development, electives, and global exchange programs. Responsibilities include coordinating program logistics, monitoring budgets, and partnering with faculty, students, speakers, coaches, universities, and internal Ross teams to ensure a high-quality student experience. This position serves as a primary contact for leadership development programming, speakers, and exchange partnerships, while also providing backup support to students and faculty when cohort managers are unavailable. The role partners with the program team to support strategic initiatives, continuous improvement, admissions events, and major program experiences such as Orientation, Electives Week, and Graduation. This hybrid position is based in Ann Arbor, MI, with an expectation of three days per week on-site. The role may require occasional domestic travel, on-call responsibilities, and work outside standard business hours, including early mornings, evenings, or weekends. Manage leadership development programming, including workshops, coaching sessions, surveys, schedules, materials, and overall program logistics. Coordinate with faculty, presenters, coaches, and internal teams to deliver programming in Ann Arbor, Los Angeles, and virtual formats. Serve as a primary contact for students on leadership development, exchange programs, and related program needs. Provide backup support for cohort management when assigned managers are unavailable. Gather participant feedback, analyze results, and recommend program improvements. Monitor student success factors such as attendance, academic concerns, emergencies, and grading coordination with faculty and the Registrar's Office. Coordinate major program events including Orientation, Electives Week, and Commencement. Manage course logistics, faculty scheduling, elective offerings, and Canvas learning platform content. Oversee application, bidding, and placement processes for elective courses and global exchange programs. Bachelor's degree and a minimum of 5 years of related experience or an equivalent combination of education and related experience required. Must have program, project, or event management experience to include planning, implementation, evaluation and continuous improvement as well as experience managing multiple projects. Experience with delivering and evaluating learning and development programming. Experience establishing and maintaining relationships and effective channels of communication at multiple levels and with diverse groups inside and outside the organization. Experience preparing and delivering presentations to constituents at various levels. Experience in fiscal management and in monitoring budgets. The salary offer range for this position is $53,500 to $66,100. Salary offers are determined based on several factors, including a candidate's experience, skills, and qualifications, along with internal equity considerations. It is not common for new hires to be placed at the top of the range. Job openings are posted for a minimum of seven calendar days.
