RESPONSIBILITIES
Full-Cycle Sales:
Drive the entire business development process from prospect identification and outreach to contract negotiation and closing.
Consultative Partnership:
Collaborate with clients to diagnose their technical staffing needs and position TRG as their talent partner. Partner with our recruiting team to ensure seamless delivery and high-quality placements.
Market Growth:

QUALIFICATIONS
Experience:
3+ years of B2B sales experience specifically within the staffing industry.
