This individual will define and execute business development and product strategies while ensuring successful delivery of customer programs. You will bridge market insight, customer engagement, and internal execution—translating customer needs into product direction and ensuring projects are safely delivered to specification (Quality), on budget (Cost) and on time (Delivery). This role requires both strategic thinking and hands-on program management. Key Responsibilities Product Strategy & Business Development Define and execute value-based marketing and business development strategies Conduct market research, segmentation, and competitive analysis Identify customer needs, market trends, and growth opportunities Develop and maintain sales forecasts and key performance indicators Support and lead customer engagement with a consultative, solution-oriented approach Contribute to RFQs, proposals, and new opportunity development Program Management & Execution Lead planning, coordination, and execution of customer programs Develop, maintain, and communicate project plans using tools such as MS Teams and Dropbox Ensure alignment of cross-functional teams and interdependent workstreams Monitor project scope, cost, weight, timing, and investment Track deliverables, payments, and contractual milestones Escalate risks and provide clear status updates to stakeholders Ensure adherence to internal processes, including product development workflows Cross-Functional Leadership Drive strong communication across engineering, supply chain, and commercial teams Provide leadership, direction, and accountability to achieve company goals Deliver a world-class customer experience Support operational readiness for new programs and market expansion Step in to manage critical activities or special projects as needed Qualifications Required Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or related field 3-5 years of combined experience in program management, product management, or business development Proven experience managing multiple programs simultaneously Demonstrated success in business development or revenue growth ($10M+ exposure preferred) Strong understanding of technical products and consultative sales approaches Strong financial background in building and delivering profitable P&L and positive cash flow Excellent written and verbal communication skills Preferred Experience with high-pressure gas systems, automotive, aerospace, or similar industries Familiarity with standards such as NGV2, HGV2, or GTR13 Proficiency in Microsoft Office and collaboration tools Highly self-motivated, reliable, and detail-oriented Additional Information Travel may be required to support customers, suppliers, and partners This role may support a variety of active and emerging programs across industrial, automotive, defense, UAV, and marine applications About Noble Gas Systems Founded in 2017, Noble Gas Systems is a global leader in the development and production of advanced storage systems for hydrogen and other high-pressure gases.
