Base Pay :
$60,000 annually
Monthly Bonus :
Up to $1,600/month based on metric achievement
Weekly Performance Bonus :

What You'll Do You'll be the strategic and operational force behind a region of 5-8 Dunkin' / Baskin-Robbins locations, ensuring that each one runs smoothly, profitably, and in alignment with our brand values.
Responsibilities include:
Coaching and developing Restaurant Managers and their teams Leading recruitment, training, retention, and professional development Driving operational excellence through systems, accountability, and metrics Enforcing compliance with brand, company, and legal standards Analyzing financials and implementing plans to hit key performance goals Executing marketing strategies and new product rollouts Promoting a customer-first culture that delivers speed, satisfaction, and smiles Communicating expectations and celebrating wins across your region What You Bring to the Table 5+ years of leadership experience in restaurant, retail, or hospitality management (required) Strong understanding of business financials and how to influence them Natural problem-solver and proactive decision-maker High emotional intelligence and team leadership skills Effective communicator—clear, professional, motivating Exceptional organizational and time-management abilities Proven success in coaching teams and building bench strength Availability to work flexible hours , including early mornings, nights, weekends, and holidays as needed Additional Info All offers of employment are contingent upon a successful background check.
