Job Description

The Operating Partner is responsible for leading a team of Family Members and managing the performance and operations of their restaurant(s). The partner leads key financial, staffing, and brand decisions.

Manages profit and loss, oversees financial tasks such as cash reporting, labor, food expenses, repairs, and maintenance. Responsible for attracting and retaining talent through key hiring decisions, growth and development plans, and regular performance assessments. Works with Managers and the Market Leader to execute operational plans. Monitors restaurant performance and processes utilizing reporting tools, customer metrics, and labor metrics. Maintains restaurant safety protocols through promotion of all food safety policies, procedures, tools, and systems and creation of a safe work environment. Builds relationships with customers and resolves customer complaints. Responsible for rollout and adoption of all change initiatives, to include new products, systems, company campaigns and strategies.

Associate degree or equivalent work experience. 2+ years of management experience in the restaurant or hospitality industry.
Pay:
$70,000.00
