Job Description
Project Manager - M&A Charlotte, NC 12 months We are seeking experienced Project Managers to lead technology integration and separation initiatives associated with mergers, acquisitions, and divestitures (M&A). Required Qualifications Must have proven experience managing end-to-end workstreams for mergers, acquisitions, and divestiture initiatives. Able to produce leadership reports 6+ years of experience leading large-scale enterprise infrastructure and/or application development projects - ideally exposure to both 3+ years of project management experience within an Agile environment. Demonstrated success delivering large, cross-functional programs involving multiple stakeholders. Strong experience managing project risks, issues, dependencies, and escalations. Ability to communicate complex technical concepts to business and executive audiences. Experience working in highly regulated environments.
