Job Description:
As the BDC Manager, you will be responsible for managing the daily operations of the Business Development Center. You will lead a team focused on generating leads, maintaining customer relationships, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction. Your role will involve developing strategies to improve performance and meet company goals.

Oversee the daily operations of the Business Development Center Manage and train BDC staff to ensure optimal performance Develop and implement strategies to increase lead generation Monitor team performance and provide feedback for improvement Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service Collaborate with other departments to enhance customer experience
What You'll Bring:
Previous experience in a managerial role within a BDC or similar environment Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to lead and motivate a team Proficient in using CRM software and other relevant tools Excellent organizational and time management skills Please upload your resume.
